    Thanks for the information, its always good to know that there are other natural alternatives other than pills to lower one’s blood pressure. The doc checked my bp yesterday and it was 168/121 which very high.I’ve been on chronic medication for the past 6 months but it doesnt seem to work and that is why I’ve decided to make major life changes in an effort to reduce my bp with herbs, correct diet and exercise in conjuction with highly effective herbs. I beleive that cayenne pepper also assist in lower bp. Thanks and keep informing people like myself with this valuable info!
