You might want to add Pindolol (also called Visken) a Beta Blocker to your list. It’s one of the few Beta Blockers that has anti-anxiety properties. Plus it is very cheap, costing only $4 a month at Target pharmacies.

I am currently taking BloPress Plus 16/12.5 (Abbott Labs) for hypertension. I would like to know if there is a generic equivalent that is available that is cheaper. Thx.

So how do you know when you can get off blood pressure medicine. My Primary care says there isn’t a criteria for stopping BP medication. With exercise and slow weight loss, my bp has been dropping. I’d like to stop the medication.
