Losing excess weight will lower blood pressure. This is one we should all know about, but for many, don’t seem to do anything about.

I know I know… losing weight may not be exactly the simplest thing to do on Earth. Gaining weight is super easy, but losing weight is freaking hard. Isn’t it?

Some resort to taking “weight loss” pills. I seriously DON’T recommend them. Many have side effects or are just bogus pills.

Others resort to STARVING themselves. Yes, it may work in the short-run. But it’s NOT healthy for your body and once you stop that, you tend to gain back weight even faster.

But you know what?

You are overweight for the most simple of reasons - because you’re eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you’re also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT.
